TIRES - Essential users eligible for Grade I tires if board has sufficient allotment. All Grade III tires and used industrial type tires may be transferred, mounted and used without restrictions.

SUGAR - Stamp No. 38 became good for five pounds thru Dec. 31.

SHOES - Airplane stamps 1, 2 and 3 and 4, Book III, good for indefinite period.
